My approach

How I serve

As a channeler and energy worker, I move between the physical present and what I experience as the spiritual future — with one foot in each world. I serve as a bridge between the subtle and the material layers of existence, translating what I perceive and receive into something that can be felt, experienced and perhaps understood.

The people who find their way to me are often sensitive, creative and deeply perceptive. They rarely fit neatly into one box — and they’re not meant to.

Some are at the beginning of their journey, finding their way after an “awakening” or a profound shift in perspective, and realising that the life they once knew no longer fits.

Others are seasoned practitioners, artists, therapists, teachers, leaders and people who have already travelled deeply within themselves.

What they tend to share is a strong inner compass, a sense of purpose and a desire to live from the heart — even when they are still discovering exactly what that means for them.

What You Can Expect

Working with me can be both grounding and activating.

I hold space for whatever is present and wants to be met, while also offering a perspective (if it serves the moment) that can open new possibilities and create movement.

People often come away with a deeper sense of alignment and recognition, understanding themselves better, a new perspective on what they are experiencing, or a clearer sense of what wants to happen next.

Sometimes something shifts internally, allowing them to connect more deeply with their own strength, intuition and inner authority. Sometimes the shift is much simpler: seeing something clearly for the first time, finding a more compassionate perspective, or feeling witnessed in something they have been carrying alone for a long time.

I work as a mirror, using my extrasensory perception to sense and give language to what I perceive in your field — thoughts, emotions, energetic patterns, past and present experiences, and potential paths and possibilities.

What I perceive is offered as a perspective, never as an absolute truth.

My work is held within a supportive, compassionate and grounded space, informed by my training as a psychotherapist with psychological, somatic and transpersonal perspectives, as well as my own spiritual practice and lived experience.

Light Language/Light codes

Light language - soul language - the language of frequency, are a central part of my work and my own spiritual practice.

I experience them as carrying information and frequencies that can support balance, alignment, activation and a deeper connection with our multidimensional selves.

Everyone experiences them differently. For some, the experience may be subtle — a feeling, a sensation, a shift in awareness. For others, it can be much more vivid.

For me, light language can open access to layers of experience that sit beyond the intellectual mind. It can connect us with deeper aspects of ourselves and invite more energy flow, awareness and presence into the body and the field around us.

What I share about light language and light codes is based on my own direct experience and the information I receive through my connection with what I understand as galactic intelligence.

I offer this as my experience and understanding, rather than as a universal truth. I think of myself as a consciousness explorer and having embraced and taken my service with the language of light to heart, has asked of me to open my mind and heart further again and again.

My Approach

I believe you are the ultimate authority of your own life.

Take what resonates and leave what doesn’t. I don’t claim to have all the answers, nor do I believe that there is one truth that applies to everyone.

What I can offer is my perception, my experience, my training and the perspective that becomes available through our meeting.

Sometimes we need guidance to navigate something we cannot see clearly on our own.

Sometimes we need a mirror to reflect back what we already know somewhere within us.

And sometimes we simply need a witness — someone who can see us as we are, while we become more fully who we are becoming.
